The CUET Admission Circular 2025 is now available on the official admission website, cuet.ac.bd/admission. The Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) has finalized the date for its admission test.
Students need to fill out the online admission form for CUET. The application process starts today, 2025. Unlike previous years, CUET will conduct its admission process individually instead of following the Cluster System Admission Test.
Admit cards will be available after the application period ends. Students must bring their admit cards to the admission test, as they cannot attend without them. The detailed seat plan will be shared before the test. The admission test results will be published shortly after the test ends.
CUET has two groups for admission applications. Group A includes Engineering Departments and the urban and Regional Planning Department, while Group B includes Engineering Departments, the urban and Regional Planning Department, and the Architecture Department.
CUET Admission Circular 2025
The CUET admission process for 2024-25 will begin soon. The admission circular has been released. Students who passed the HSC or equivalent exam in 2024 can apply for the admission test. Applicants must also meet the conditions mentioned in the admission guidelines.

Application Eligibilities
According to the admission circular, we will provide minimum eligibility. Interested candidates can apply by reading the requirements below.
Citizenship:
- The applicant must be a Bangladeshi citizen.
Educational Qualifications:
- (a) Applicants who passed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent examinations in 2021 and the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent examinations in 2022 are eligible to apply.
- (b) Students must have achieved a minimum GPA of 4.00 in both the SSC and HSC examinations from any recognized education board in Bangladesh, including Madrasa Education Board or Technical Education Board. For HSC science students, a minimum GPA of 4.00 in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology is required.
- (c) For students of foreign educational institutions, those who passed the GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 5 subjects (including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and English) and GCE ‘A’ Level with at least 2 subjects in 2022 or 2023 will be eligible to apply. Students must have a minimum Grade B in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology at the GCE ‘A’ Level and a minimum Grade of C in all GCE ‘O’ Level subjects.
- (d) The Equivalence Committee of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka, must attest the certificates of foreign qualifications. For foreign candidates, the minimum qualification required is 12 years of education, and the equivalence certificate must show an average grade of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology.
- (e) A passport-size photograph and scanned copies of GCE ‘O’ and GCE ‘A’ level certificates must be uploaded during the application process. Applications submitted without these documents will not be considered.
- (f) Students admitted from foreign educational boards (with relevant qualifications) must have completed at least 2,000 hours of practical training during their coursework.
Other Conditions:
- Candidates failing to meet the minimum GPA requirements in SSC, HSC, or equivalent examinations will not be eligible to apply.
Application Form
All students who want to apply for admission can do it online. To apply, you must use the official CUET admission website: www.cuet.ac.bd/admission/. You have to pay the admission fee through DBBL Mobile Banking. Once you submit your application, you cannot edit or change it, so fill it out carefully. The application fee is non-refundable, so make sure to double-check everything before submitting your application for CUET.
Online Application Process
- Visit the Website: Go to https://admissioncuet.ac.bd.
- Provide Personal Information: Input your SSC and HSC roll numbers, board names, passing years, and registration numbers.
- Proceed to the Next Step: Select your quota, enter your mobile number, and provide other required information.
- Verify Details: Check all your details carefully. If anything is wrong, edit it. If everything is correct, move to the next step.
- Upload Photo: Upload your photograph as per the instructions and submit your application.
- Download the Application Form: After submission, download your application form for future reference.
Payment Instructions
After completing the online application, pay the application fee using the Dutch Bangla Mobile Banking System (Rocket).
- KA Group Fee: Pay 1200 Taka.
- KHA Group Fee: Pay 1400 Taka.
Follow these steps to complete the payment:
- Dial *322# from your mobile and press 1 for the Rocket menu.
- Select 1 for the Bill Pay option.
- Enter the Biller ID: 246.
- Provide the Bill Number CUET gave after your online application (this is your application ID).
- Enter the amount of your admission fee (1200 Taka for KA Group or 1400 Taka for KHA Group).
- Input your PIN to confirm the payment.
Final Step
- Save the Transaction ID provided after the payment.
- Visit admissioncuet.ac.bd or http://www.cuet.ac.bd/admission.
- Input your Application ID and Transaction ID in the required fields.
- Submit the information to complete your application process.

Admission Test Date
The CUET Admission Test for the academic year 2025 is scheduled to take place on 01 February 2025 (Saturday). The test will be conducted in two groups. For Group “Ka”, the exam will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. For Group “Kha”, the exam is scheduled from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and Freehand drawing will be held from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM. Students are advised to follow the respective timings and complete the payment of the exam fee to ensure their participation.

The list of eligible candidates for the CUET Admission Test will be published on 23 January 2025 (Thursday). Admit Card Download
CUET admission exam candidates must know the importance of admit cards and seat plans. Without this information, they will not know the admission test date, exam center, or hall room. The admit card and seat plan act as a guide, helping candidates know the exact exam date, time, and room number.
The CUET admission authority clearly stated that no one can enter the exam hall without an admit card. The process to download the admit card starts on 27 January 2025. Candidates must visit the official CUET website to download it. After visiting the site, they need to log in using their user ID and password. Once logged in, they can easily download the admit card and ensure they are ready for the exam.

Admission Process for International Students:
Interested international students can apply online through the university’s official website: https://cuet.ac.bd/admission. Eligible candidates must complete the application process within the specified deadline. The final selected candidates will receive admission offers to the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at CUET for the academic year 2024-25.
