Instructions

Some important instructions are provided with the DU admit card. Candidates should carefully read and follow these instructions. Some general instructions are:

• No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination center without a printed copy of the admit card.
• Candidates must carry their original HSC/equivalent examination registration card along with the admit card. In case of foreign degrees, a copy of the passport must be carried.
• Mobile phones or any other electronic devices are not allowed in the examination center.
• Candidates must enter the examination center at least 1 hour before the start of the exam.

Marks Distribution

The Dhaka University admission test will be conducted in MCQ and written format. The total marks for the admission test will be 100. Out of this, 60 marks will be for MCQ and 40 marks for written questions. The total duration of the exam will be 1 hour and 30 minutes. 45 minutes will be allotted for the MCQ exam and 45 minutes for the written exam.
