On Wednesday (September 25), the Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Ministry of Education sent the education boards a directive regarding this matter. According to this directive, the preparation of results has been instructed.

A notification signed by Yanur Rahman, Senior Assistant Secretary of the Secondary and Higher Education Division, states, ‘The following instructions are given for the preparation of the results of HSC and equivalent examinations 2024:

For all subjects where the actual examination was held, the evaluation of answer scripts should be prepared based on full marks. For all subjects where the examination was not held, the results of the respective candidates’ SSC and equivalent examinations should be taken on a 100% basis and prepared using the subject mapping method.’

It further states, ‘You are requested to take further necessary steps to prepare the results of HSC and equivalent examinations 2024’.

HSC Result 2024 Date

According to the Dhaka Education Board officials, if the proposal is approved, it will be possible to publish the results in mid-October 2024. However, the HSC Result publish date may be pushed back if approval is delayed. The Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee hopes that the proposal will be approved within the next week.
