Currently, the biggest public exam in Bangladesh is the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exam. The SSC and equivalent exams for 2024 have already been completed. This exam was completed on March 10. Now it’s time to publish the results. The SSC Result is the most important public exam result in Bangladesh.
The SSC Examination 2024 started last February 15. A total of 9 general education board students participated in this exam. Also, the SSC equivalent examination has already been completed. Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board Dakhil Result 2024 and Bangladesh Technical Education Board SSC Vocational Result 2024 will be released along with SSC Exam Result 2024. SSC Result 2024 Bangladesh
SSC Result 2024 Bangladesh is the Secondary School Certificate Exam Result. It is currently the first public result for students in Bangladesh. Earlier, two public examinations, namely the PSC and JSC, were conducted but they have been postponed. The SSC examination is the final evaluation of Class IX and Class X students in the education system of Bangladesh. Students of the General Education Board participate in this examination from a total of three groups. The groups are Science, Business Studies and Humanities groups.
Students from a total of 9 education boards in the country participate in this examination. Simultaneously, students participated in the SSC equivalent examination from two different education boards. Students from Dhaka, Comilla, Rajshahi, Chittagong, Barisal, Sylhet, Jessore, Dinajpur, and Mymensingh Education Board participated in the SSC examination. Students of Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board participate in the Dakhil Examination and students of Bangladesh Technical Education Board participate in SSC Vocational Examination. Students who have passed SSC and equivalent examinations are considered eligible for XI class admission.
SSC Result 2024 Date
Usually, the result is released within 60 days of the completion of SSC and equivalent exams. However, according to the announcement of the education minister, the result will be published much earlier this year. The result will be published within 60 days of the completion of the practical examination. Accordingly, the SSC Result 2024 Date is 9 May 2024.
SSC and equivalent exam results will be published on 9 May 2024. However, this date has not been finalized yet. Once the exam results are ready, the proposal will be sent to the Prime Minister’s office. The result will be published on the day the Prime Minister approves the publication. Before that, the official announcement will be made by the Education Minister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury.
SSC Result 2024
A total of 20 lakh 22 thousand candidates have participated in the SSC and equivalent exams this year. Students from all over the country participate in the examination under 9 General Education Boards, Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board, and Bangladesh Technical Education Board. The exam was scheduled to begin on June 19 but was postponed due to floods. Later the revised routine was published.
According to the revised routine, the SSC and equivalent examination started on 15 February 2024. The exam ends on 10 March 2024. Then the practical test starts. The practical exam is scheduled from 13 March to 20 March. After that, the SSC and equivalent exam 2024 was released.
How to Check SSC Result?
SSC Result 2024 will be known through online, SMS, and apps. Web based result can be known through education board result website. Besides, individual and institution wise results can be known from the website of all education boards. Also, the result can be known by sending an SMS from any mobile phone. Detailed results can also be known through the use of apps on Smartphone.
The result will be available on the notice board of the respective educational institutions in the continuation of other years. Also, the result will be available at the respective examination center. However, no hard copy of the results will be provided by the education board. Educational institutions can download the paperless result with EIIN number from their respective education board website.

SSC and equivalent results of all education boards can be known from the Education Board Result website. This is the official website of the Board of Higher Secondary and Secondary Education. Through this website, SSC and equivalent results of Dhaka, Chittagong, Comilla, Rajshahi, Dinajpur, Barisal, Sylhet, Jessore, Mymensingh, Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board, and Bangladesh Technical Education Board will be known.
Both roll number and registration number will be required to check the result through www educationboardresults gov bd website. The website is managed by Teletalk Bangladesh Limited. Follow the steps below to check SSC and equivalent exam results through the Education Board Results website.

SSC Result by SMS
On the SSC Results publication day, there was a lot of pressure on the internet in Bangladesh. Moreover all the candidates and their guardians try to check the result simultaneously. As a result the result publishing websites become slow. Due to excess traffic sometimes creates a high load on the server. As a result the server is down. In this situation, it is easy to check the result by SMS. Moreover, internet facilities are also insufficient in remote areas. As a result, it is relatively convenient to know the results through SMS from remote areas. It is cost effective and results are known in the fastest time.
After publishing the SSC result, students can know their result by sending an SMS from any mobile phone. Also, pre-registration can be done by sending SMS before publishing the result. Pre-registered students will be informed about the result through SMS as soon as the result is published. Teletalk Bangladesh will inform the result on the mobile phone number from which the student will send the SMS. To know the SSC result through SMS, send the following message.
Go to the message option of the mobile phone and type – SSC [space] 1st three letters of the board name [space] roll number [space] 2024 and send it to 16222.
Example: SSC DHA 123456 2024 and send to 16222.
It is noted here that after sending the message, the respective mobile operator will inform the result in the return message. To say the three letters of the name of the board, for Dhaka board – DHA, for Comilla board – COM, for Chittagong board – CHI, for Dinajpur Board- DIN, For Rajshahi Board- RAJ, For Barisal Board- BAR, for Jessore Board- JES, for Sylhet Board- SYL, for Mymensing Board- MYM, for Madrasah Board-MAD and Technical Board- TEC should be written.
