Bangladesh University of Professionals Admission Test has been Completed for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Program. The Admission Test 2023-2024 was held on 19 and 20 January. After that, the BUP Admission Result 2024 is going to be released on 23 January 2024.
According to the BUP Admission Circular 2024, the BUP Written Test will be available through the admission.bup.edu.bd website. It can also be notified to the qualified candidates via SMS.
Candidates who are on the BUP Merit List 2024, will be participated in the Viva-voce. The Viva Voce will be held on the BUP Campus, Dhaka. The Interview Schedule has already been Released along with the BUP Admission Test Result.
As mentioned, The BUP Waiting List has also been Released along with the Merit List. Based on the Viva-voce, the BUP Final Result 2024 will be Released. Finally, Selected Candidates will be allotted the Department/Subject.

BUP Admission Circular 2024
BUP Admission Circular 2024 is on the BUP website admission.bup.edu.bd. BUP means Bangladesh University of Professionals. Welcome to Bangladesh University of Professionals Admission 2023-24. BUP is a special academic place where civilian and armed forces students with different skills, experiences, exposure, and attitudes come together. Every year, the Bangladesh University of Professionals publishes admission circulars for honors and other courses. I’ll talk about the BUP Admission Test Notice for the 2023-24 session.

Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) is inviting applications for the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs for the 2023-24 session. The application period starts on December 17, 2023, and continues until 4 January 2024 for both Undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The BUP Admission Test is scheduled for January 19 and 20, 2024, as per the 2023-24 session notice.
BUP Admission Circular 2024
The Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) is a special public university led by the armed forces, following the motto “EXCELLENCE THROUGH KNOWLEDGE.” It focuses on advancing knowledge in national security, technology, and modern science for the country’s human resources development. The admission circular for Bangladesh University of Professionals was released on December 2023, and the admission result will be out on January 23, 2024, after 6.00 pm.

BUP Undergraduate Admission Eligibility
To apply for BUP Admission 2024, follow the required eligibility and qualification for your chosen unit(s). If you meet the criteria, you can apply for one or multiple units.
Faculty of Arts and Social Science (FASS):
- Pass SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent exams from any discipline/group.
- Science Group candidates need a total GPA of 9.00 with a minimum GPA of 4.50 in each exam.
- Business Studies Group candidates need a total GPA of 8.50 with a minimum GPA of 4.00 in each exam.
- Humanities Group candidates need a total GPA of 8.00 with a minimum GPA of 4.00 in each exam.
- General Certificate of Education (GCE) O and A level background candidates must pass in a minimum of 05 (five) and 02 (two) subjects, respectively, with a minimum of 26.5 points.
Faculty of Business Studies (FBS):
- Pass SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent exams from any discipline/group.
- Science Group candidates need a total GPA of 9.00 with a minimum GPA of 4.25 in each exam.
- Business Studies Group candidates need a total GPA of 8.50 with a minimum GPA of 4.00 in each exam.

- General Certificate of Education (GCE) O and A level background candidates must pass in a minimum of 05 (five) and 02 (two) subjects, respectively, with a minimum of 26.5 points.
Faculty of Science and Technology (FST):
- Pass SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent exams from the science discipline/group.
- Science Group candidates need a total GPA of 9.25 with a minimum GPA of 5.00 in each exam.
- General Certificate of Education (GCE) O and A level background candidates must pass a minimum of 05 (five) and 02 (two) subjects, respectively, with a minimum of 26.5 points based on the provided scale.
Candidates will have to sit for a written test (MCQ) with 80 marks. Students opting for ICE must have mathematics, and those opting for Environmental Science must have biology in HSC as their compulsory or optional (4th subject) subject. Students opting for both ICE and Environmental Science must have both mathematics and biology at the HSC level.
BUP Admission Application Instructions
Interested candidates need to apply online. First, fill out the sign-up form to receive the payment form. Payment can be made through a preferred card, mobile banking, or internet banking. Follow these steps for the BUP Admission Application:
Payment Instructions:
- Visit the official website admission.bup.edu.bd.
- Select your desired program for the bachelor’s program.
- Choose your desired faculty by clicking “Apply.”
- After clicking “Apply,” you will see the program name. Click “Next” for the application form.
- Fill in basic information with your email address (required).
- You will receive an email with a payment ID to pay the application fee.
Payment via bKash:
a. Go for payment and select the payment option, either bKash or another method.
Important Note:
- Transactions can only be done using a personal bKash account.
- The transaction must be made using the payment option from the bKash menu.
- Use the 10-digit payment ID number in the reference section; no symbols, spaces, or punctuation marks can be used.
- For the counter number, individuals should always input “1” in the designated section.
Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) Admission Application
- BUP Application Process:
- Go to admission.bup.edu.bd.
- Click on the Login Button to sign up with a user ID and password.
- Complete the application form with basic information, subject priority, academic details, guardian information, address, and additional information.
- Upload your photo and signature.
- Click the submit button to complete the application.
Payment Verification:
- Visit http://admission.bup.edu.bd.
- Click on Verify/Complete Payment.
- Verify or complete payment made by other channels or select bKash.
- No verification is required for online payment.
- Verify bKash using TrxID or transaction ID.
- Receive an SMS with your user ID and password after payment verification.
Check the following information periodically by logging in:
a) Verification status.
b) Print Admit Card (carry during the admission test).
c) Admission date, time, and seat plan.
d) Result – as per merit position.
BUP Eligible List 2024
The Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) published the Eligible List 2024 for the Written Exam on January 7, 2024. Only candidates on the shortlist can download the Admit Card by logging in with their User ID and Password. To check the BUP Eligible List 2024, visit the official admission website admission.bup.edu.bd or find it below. The list includes Admission Roll Numbers, and applicants’ eligibility can be verified by their email ID, name, and father’s name.

BUP Admit Card 2024
BUP Admit Card will be available from 14 January 2024 for FASS, FSSS, FBS and FST. To download the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) Admit Card 2023-24:
- Visit admission.bup.edu.bd.
- Go to the Login Option.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Complete the Security Check.
- Click the Submit button.
- Download the Admit Card.
Remember to download a separate Admit Card for each faculty if you applied for more than one unit. If you forget your User ID and Password, you can recover them from the “Forgot Password” option in the Login menu.

The BUP Seat Plan for 2024 is out! The Bangladesh University of Professionals has released the seat plan for the upcoming admission tests. You can find the date, details, and seat plan for all faculties on the admission website. The seating plan is usually published a day or two before the admission test for each faculty. BUP Admission Test Marks Distribution
The marks distribution and question pattern for the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) in 2023 have been released.
