Bangladesh University of Textile Engineering BUTEX Admission Circular 2025 is available on the butex.edu.bd and but.teletalk.com.bd website. The admission notice is for Undergraduate Programs.

To apply, fill out the BUTEX Admission Form 2024-25 within the given time using Teletalk. The Admit Card, which includes the admission test date, will be released at the end of the application period. Make sure to upload your photo and signature while downloading the admit card.

Before the admission test, a detailed Seat Plan will be provided. The Admission Test Result will be published after the test. Admission activities will follow the merit list and waiting list. The university, located in Tejgaon, Dhaka, offers 600 seats across 10 departments in the 4-year BSc in Textile Engineering course. Departments include Yarn Engineering, Fabric Engineering, Wet Process Engineering, Apparel Engineering, Textile Engineering Management, Textile Fashion and Design, Industrial and Production Engineering, Engineering and Engineering, and Textile Machinery Design and Engineering.

Bangladesh University of Textiles Admission 2023-24:

• Applications start on 01 January 2025.
• The deadline for applications is 10 February, 2025.
• The eligible list will be published on 20 February, 2025.

• Admit card download is available from 22 to 28 February 2025.
• The application fee is 1000 Taka.
• The admission test is scheduled for March 7, 2025.

Application Eligibility/ Qualification

To apply for this, you must:

• Be a citizen of Bangladesh.
• Pass the HSC/equivalent exam in 2024.
• Have passed HSC/equivalent and SSC/equivalent exams from the Science group.
• Achieve a minimum GPA of 4.50 individually in HSC/equivalent and SSC/equivalent exams.
• Obtain a total of 18.50 grade points in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English with a minimum GPA of 4.50 in HSC/Equivalent.

• Send it to 16222.
• After the first SMS, Teletalk will send you a PIN Number along with the mention of Admission Test Fees.

Send the second SMS:

BUT <space> YES <space> PIN <space> Mobile Number

• Send it to 16222.

Example: BUT YES 8709900 01xxxxxxx and send it to 16222.

BUTEX Eligible Candidates List 2025

Only Eligible Candidates can be Participated in the BUTEX Admission Test 2024-2025. BUTEX Eligible List 2025 will be Released on 20 February 2025. Eligible Candidates can be Download Admit Card through the Admission website but.teletalk.com.bd.

You can download the BUTEX Eligible List 2025 from the official website of the Bangladesh University of Textiles. Follow these steps:

• Visit butex.edu.bd.
• Go to the Undergraduate Admission 2024-2025 section.
• Click on the link to download the PDF file.
• Check the BUTEX Short List 2025.
• If selected, complete the final application.

BUTEX Admit Card 2025 Download

The BUTEX Admit Card 2025 is now available. Eligible candidates who completed the final application can download it from the BUT Teletalk Com BD website. Admit cards can be downloaded between 22 and 28 February, 2025. The admission test, scheduled for March 7, 2025, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, along with the seating plan, will be specified in the admit card. Candidates will receive SMS notifications about the admit card and test date. Follow the steps below to download the Bangladesh Textile University Admission Test Admit Card 2024-25.

• Go to the admission website but.teletalk.com.bd.
• Log in with your user ID and password.
• Upload your Photo and Signature.
• Download the admit card PDF and print it in color.

Please note that, before download the admit card, pay the Final Application fee through Teletalk.

BUTEX Mark Distribution

The admission test for Bangladesh Textile University will use a short syllabus from the HSC and equivalent exams in 2025. The test will be in a written format, and the marks distribution for each subject is as follows:

• Mathematics: 60 marks
• Physics: 60 marks
• Chemistry: 60 marks
• English: 20 marks

The total marks for the test are 200.

BUTEX Seat Plan

The Bangladesh Textile University admission test is on March 7. The BUTEX Seat Plan 2025 is now available on the university’s website. The admission test centers in Dhaka include Dhaka City College, Govt. Mohammadpur Model School and College, Dhaka Residential Model College, BAF Shahin College, Adamjee Cantonment College, and Bangladesh University of Textile Campus.
