The circular of Dental College admissions for the year 2024 is now available. If you want to apply for the BDS Admission, you can fill out the Dental Admission form on the DGME Teletalk Com BD website. The application period is from January 15, 2024, to February 3, 2024.
Both government and private dental colleges will conduct admission tests on March 8, 2024. The selection for the dental program will be based on a merit list. To apply, candidates need to submit their applications online within the given timeframe. The application process is done through the DGHS Teletalk Com BD website, and the fees can be paid using a Teletalk Mobile Phone.
Once the application is complete, the Admit Card will be issued. This card will contain details about the examination center, its name and address, as well as the test date, time, and other important instructions.
You can find the detailed seat plan for the Dental admission test at the respective centers. The results for the Dental Admission Test 2024 will be simultaneously published for all centers after the completion of the admission test.

Application Eligibilities
Applicants need to be Bangladeshi, but foreigners can also be admitted to reserved seats by the Government. Candidates must have a minimum G.P.A. of 9 in S.S.C. and H.S.C., and 8.00 for tribal candidates with at least 3.50 in S.S.C. & H.S.C. exams separately. They should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in both S.S.C. and H.S.C., with a minimum G.P.A. of 4.00 in Biology. For more information, refer to the image below.
Dental Admission Form 2023-24
The Dental College Admission Test will be based on multiple-choice questions (MCQ). The test is scheduled for March 8, 2024. The admission tests for both public and private dental colleges are set to take place on March 8, 2024, as confirmed by Prof Dr ABM Abdul Hannan, the Director of Medical Education at the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
The Dental Admission Test Notice is expected to be published in September through newspapers and the official website. If everything goes as planned, the application process will start on January 15, 2024. Students can fill out the application form until February 3, 2024. Candidates must use the official online application site at dghs.teletalk.com.bd.
To apply to medical college, talk to your guardian(s) first. Before applying for BDS, make sure you have the necessary information and materials.
Create a list of your preferred medical colleges in order. You’ll need a recent color photograph in JPG format (300×300 pixels, max 100 KB) and a scanned signature in JPG format (300×80 pixels, max 60 KB). Choose your preferred admission test center. Have a Teletalk mobile phone for payment. Now you’re ready to apply for medical and dental college.
- Go to http://dgme.teletalk.com.bd/
- Enter your SSC and HSC Roll and Registration Number, along with Board and Passing Year.
- In the second step, fill in your basic information, including guardian name, mobile phone number, optional mobile phone number, present and permanent address, and other details.
- After completing the second step, move on to the third step.
- In the third step, choose your dental college/unit preferences.
- Double-check all the information you provided.
- If you’re satisfied, submit the application and get ready to print it out.
- Take a print copy for future reference and make the payment within 72 hours.
Payment Instruction
Pay the Admission Fee using Teletalk Prepaid. Send a message to 16222 with the text “BDS FRLGCT” [FRLGCT is your user ID from the form]. You’ll receive an SMS with a PIN. Confirm by sending another SMS: “BDS YES PIN EXAM Center Code” to 16222. For example: “DGHS YES 456581 72,73,80,82.”

Admission Test Marks Distribution
Take a 100-question test in one hour for a total of 100 marks.
Written Test:
- Biology: 30
- Physics: 20
- Chemistry: 25
- English: 15
- General Knowledge: 10
For every incorrect answer in the written test, 0.25 marks will be deducted. To pass the written exam, you need to score at least 40 marks.
Dental Admit Card 2024 Download
You can get your Dental Admit Card 2024 starting from 25 February 2024, until 27 February 2024. Remember, you won’t be able to download it after February 27, 2024. To download the BDS Admit Card, visit the dgme.teletalk.com.bd/bds website. You’ll need a User ID and Password to download it. Here’s what you should do:
- Go to dgme.teletalk.com.bd.
- Choose the “BDS Admission” option.
- Log in using your User ID and Password in the Admit Card section.

How to Check Dental Admission Result?
